Gel Time Tester is now possible with glass fiber prepreg, carbon fiber prepreg, etc. in sheet form.
Outline
Specifications
Gel time measurement is available for ultra-thin prepreg sheets, carbon fiber prepreg sheets, etc., which have been difficult to measure up to now, in sheet form. Of course, liquid and powder measurements are also possible.
Gel time measurement of various resins such as thermosetting resins, two-component curing resins, moisture curing resins, and room temperature curing resins is possible. Epoxy, silicone, urethane, phenol, unsaturated polyester, PVC, furan resin, acrylic resin, prepreg, semiconductor encapsulant, adhesive, friction material, sealant, paint, etc.
The measurement results are reproducible and highly reliable.
Model: SZK model
Hot plate temperature setting: room temperature to 240°C
Specifications are subject to change without notice.
Features
Direct measurement of sheet materials, no need to powder PCB prepreg
Directly measures PCB prepreg, carbon prepreg, etc. RCC (Resin Coated Copper) can also be measured.
Measurement of thin to thick materials in a single sheet.
10um ultra-thin prepreg to thick non-woven fabrics can be measured.
Measurement of powder and liquid samples that were difficult to measure with the stirring torque method.
Supports a wide range of samples, including samples with highly filled filler, anaerobic samples, and jelly-like samples.
Visualization of hardening behavior in graphs.
Viscosity, phase difference, shear modulus, etc. are calculated and graphed from the measured stress.
Viscoelasticity Measurement of Fluids
Rheology measurement of non-Newtonian fluids, such as samples that do not harden, is also possible.
