1.Raw materials for coatings and inks

We have a 60% market share in Japan for aluminum effect pigments, a pigment used in metallic paints. Our scale allows us to offer optimal solutions for color creation in automobiles and electronic devices.

2.BCP proposals

We apply our 80 years of experience and proven track record to suggest BCP initiatives to stabilize the supply chain of raw materials for paints and inks used in familiar products such as automobiles, electronic devices, and building materials. We do so through procurement from a wide range of partner suppliers both in Japan and abroad.

3.Next-generation materials and high-performance coatings

Our development team with its high level of expertise and expansive networks develops and proposes environmentally-friendly products such as substitutes and water-based paints as well as functional raw materials to use in next-generation technologies.

4.Global and regional reach

Matsuo Sangyo is active not only in Japan, but also has expert local staff active in other Asian countries. We make full use of our networks reaching well beyond Japan, responding promptly to customer feedback.
