Our revolutionary pigment is finely granulated powder type color for both flexible and rigid PVC.Our revolutionary pigment is specially processed pigment. Each particle is greatly coated with resin. This special technique makes excellent dispersion of each particle and WILL NOT aggregate each particle. The feature makes it possible for you to produce accurate color compounds during your manufacturing process.

Computer Color matching (CCM) can be provided and installed in your PC soon. Start up CCM and prepare your color sample.

Use spectrophotometer and put it on your color sample.

Click CCM start button and get your own color recipe in a second.

Because of normal pigment is hard to reproduce colors and takes excessive time for color matching. Therefore, you have to keep customized colors excessively and stocks will be piled up.

When we produced color compounds with normal pigment, we often faced difficulties because normal pigment has color differences by each production lot and we had no choice but kept customized colors to follow customers requirement. After we decided to use revolutionary pigment, we can only keep 20 base colors and CCM to reproduce every necessary colors.

Before using revolutionary pigment, our workers always had troubles about color reproducibility and felt tiresome. After using this revolutionary pigment, we don’t have any troubles of color reproducibility and we can save our time and cost for color matching. In addition, our customers are much more satisfied with our quality.

As a factory manager, I have always worried about workers condition during their works. When we used normal pigments, pigments were always flying out and spreading around working area.
